Bar Mitzvah & Bah Mitzvah Service Packages (As of January 1, 2011)

Your Story Video Productions understands the importance of capturing the special memories from your son or daughter’s Bar or Bat Mitzvah. We take great care in recording the ceremony, party and other special moments throughout the day, and then producing a beautiful DVD package¬ that not only tells the story of your son or daughter’s special day, but also helps you cherish and enjoy those memories for years to come.

We use the latest state-of-the-art 3-chip camera technology that allows us to capture your event in Standard Definition (SD) 3:4 format or wide-screen and HD 16:9 format.

Your Story Video Productions provides four service packages for bar mitzvahs and bat mitzvahs:

Bronze Star Package­ ($1,250.00)

Our starting package provides one camera and operator during the entire temple ceremony, Kiddush luncheon, and afternoon or evening party.  This package includes basic editing and an introductory menu page at the beginning of each DVD, with packaging that reflects the colors or themes of your son or daughter’s special day.

Silver Star Package­ ($1,650.00)

Our most popular package provides two cameras and two camera operators for the entire temples service, and one camera and operator for a Kiddush luncheon and the entire afternoon or evening party.  By using two cameras, Your Story Video Productions is able to create a finished video with multiple angles to provide a more complete and entertaining look back at your child’s accomplishment. This package also includes personal best wishes from family members and special friends that are later designed into the flow of the video.  The finished presentation includes a main menu at the beginning of each DVD and a convenient chapter index page for easy navigation, with packaging that reflects the colors or themes of your son or daughter’s special day.

Your Story Montage­ ($450.00)

A 10-minute multimedia presentation using your family’s photographs, color slides, videos or even 8mm films combined with fun transitions and colorful graphics that match the event invitation or party theme and provide an entertaining look back at the years that have led up to your son or daughter’s special day. A copy of your son or daughter's montage is then included in the final DVD package.

This Is Your Story Multimedia Presentation­ ($1,000.00)

These presentations are far more creative than the traditional photomontage that is typically shown at a Bar Mitzvah of Bat Mitzvah party. After initial consultation with your family, a storyboard and script are produced for a short 10 to 12 minute video that features your family's treasured photos and videos wrapped in a short story staring your son or daughter. With creative editing and advanced filming techniques we can make your child's dreams come to life. Is your son or daughter a budding actor, soccer player, or baseball player? Then imagine your child as the featured guest on a major sports talk show or entertainment program as they talk to the interviewer and your guests about their life story. Or perhaps they would like to be seen on video as they snowboard down some of the most treacherous mountains in the world. This is definitely a presentation for kids that are not afraid of the spotlight.
